
Gerda Geddes's book "Looking for the Golden Needle" describes an allegorical journey of the Tai Chi Chuan, and is available from Tai Chi Holidays.
Jane started Tai Chi Aberdeenshire in 2005 having trained for nine years with Gerda Geddes. She is an instructor member of the Tai Chi Union For Great Britain and the Tai Chi & Chi Kung Forum For Health.
Jane's main occupation is teaching taiji and qigong in weekly daytime and evening classes. She also regularly provide classes run in liaison with local schools and day care centres.
Jane offers professional instruction in Yang Style Long Form and 24 Step Taijiquan, a shortened version providing an introduction to basic taiji principles.
Jane has studied with a number of taiji teachers, including those specialising in working with people who have disabilities. She continues to develop her practice working with internationally recognised experts at regular training events in the UK and abroad.
